Iceland is the perfect place to heal your spirt and rejuvenate your body.

  • Heal + Rejuvenate in Iceland

Iceland is famous for its hot springs, lagoons, and spas, scattered around the country. From waterfalls and black sand beaches to epic geysers and calming hot springs, the land of fire and ice has the most amazing scenery.
It is a magical place, full of mystical magnetic power and night skies lit with Northern Lights.

  • Balneotherapy

Healing the body and mind by bathing in water (balneotherapy) has been used in medicine as a cure for disease for centuries. Iceland is a country full of steam, on an island that is covered in fire and ice, so the people have enjoyed the healing powers of bathing in natural geothermal water, and drinking mineral rich glacial fed water.

  • Purest Water

The water in Iceland is one of the cleanest and most delicious drinking water in the world. The tap water is not treated with chlorine or other chemicals. In Iceland, there is no need to buy bottled water, it's just the same water as runs from the tap, for free! This pure clean glacial fed water changes the way we feel, and promotes relaxation and a journey to peace and harmony.

  • Cleanest Air

Iceland has the purest water on earth, a large country with a low population density and vast expanses of untouched nature for us to retreat into. The only city is Reykjavik and even there, pollution is very low. Other towns in Iceland have a population under 20.000 people and most do not even reach 2000. offering the tranquil and peaceful environment

  • Lava Rich Minerals

Iceland’s lava is the same material as the black sand on most its beaches. The difference is the way they come out of the volcano. Lava fields come from small, low level volcanoes and fissure eruptions. The black sand comes from much larger Volcanoes with glaciers on them. 25 types of igneous rock have been found in Iceland, feeding into the mineral rich land.

Iceland overwhelms me with its beauty and gives me hope for the planet

Iceland transformed me. Being there gave me hope for the planet. At every moment your body is filled with the clean water and pure air, simplicity of the people in the land, the connection to earth at its source, the feeling that the history of the planet is actually happening as you stand there. The volcanic explosion that occurred during our stay formed new craters and change the landscape around it. Iceland sits as a reminder that Earth is constantly changing, that changes constant.

Nature Heals Us

We used to say for healing and wellness “we are going to take the waters” That was true in many countries from Baden-Baden Germany to Hot Springs Arkansas. Our ancestors knew the power of earths gifts, the purity of glacial fed streams, the minerals fed from the lava formations into the earth, and all that clean clean air that we used to have.

I think my body completely emptied in Iceland, and I was able to accept and be consumed by the mineral rich clean water. It was as if my body accepted the healing before my mind could even process that. It was as if the Great Spirit had somehow entered through the streams of Mother Earth. I have not felt this kind of transformation except when I went to the Himalayas for the first time I went to the high high high mountains of the Indian Himalayas and crossed into Bhutan.

I remember as a child seeing the pink skies of Indonesia and feeling the presence of what they say is the spirit of the earth “tenaga batin”, translated as inner strength or energy or hidden eyes. This type of energy we can really feel when we get quiet in mind body and spirit. That place that meditation contemplation and self study will bring us. That place of healing, the force of nature that lives within us all.
