How do I join Online Classes?

Please register HERE and you will receive a link.

Thank you for your support, and for joining me in classes. I hope you are taking care of yourself and enjoying the help that yoga provides. I find it a life saver on so many occasions. 

It has been lovely to stay connected with all of you during these times.

I am committed to sharing this life healing practice of Yoga, and want to encourage skills that create exceptional teachers and practitioners who embody Yoga in life and spirit.

 

What do I need to practice?

If you have any yoga props, please have them nearby during class.

Suggested List of props:

  • Yoga mat – or surface that isn’t slippery

  • 1-2 Yoga Blocks  

  • 1-2 Yoga Belts – a bathrobe belt works!

  • 1-2 Blankets – or large towels

  • 1 straight back armless chair – a dining chair often works

  • 1 Bolster (Always HEAVENLY) – or rolled towels/blankets

  • A good Attitude! 

 If I am interested in Cora as a mentor?

This is an intense and intimate journey, limited to one-on-one contact, so in traditional style, each student is encouraged to develop in the way most appropriate for them.

Cora explores authenticity in teaching, from the perspective of scholar and practitioner. Becoming an authentic teacher is a process that relies on experience, maturity, self-exploration, and reflection.

We will work together to direct individual development of practice, and to facilitate growth on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
