Two years ago, I wrote a year-end reflection about what I had seen beautifully develop in the cyber sangha. In that piece, I shared that “the cyber sangha has sometimes proven a greater support than studio communities.”

Cora says she is always a student. She still attends a class as a student to extend her knowledge.“My west-oriented mind reminds me to keep learning and prove things before believing in them.At the same time, my east-oriented mind tells me to live simply and help others. I think blending yoga from different cultures is a good combination.”
