Enlighten Yoga Charlotte NC 2015

Sharing community is just as important as sharing yoga asana, and here we are learning how to use props to help support our personal yoga practice. My friend Shari has a lovely studio in Northern Charlotte and has hosted me over the years. We have grown together and developed a friendship that has blossomed off the mat and into our lives. It warms my heart to see her family and community spreading the light of yoga. May we all shine on and on…
